Thanks to our new electronic lockers MySuiteHome offers innovative top quality

We accept small dogs upon prior reservation.

The service includes water and food bowls, a cushion/bed and final cleaning.

Wi-Fi router available in every lodging.

Every apartment has an equipped kitchen with an induction stove, an oven, a fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Moreover, you are able to find cutlery, plates and glasses as well as pots and pans. It is also possible to have access to a laundry room with washing machines, tumble driers, iron facilities and a drying rack. TV LCD is in every room, as well as a subscription to SKY VISION GOLD, which allows you to watch with free access, movies, sports and football

An uncovered parking area is available upon request at Via Guinizelli, 6 – Bologna. Spaces are limited and numbered, with one parking spot per apartment, subject to availability. Parking is allowed from 3 PM on check-in day to 11:00 AM on check-out day, at the following rates:
 
  • Car Parking € 15/day
  • Van Parking € 20/day
  • Motorcycle Parking € 10/day
 
The parking area is private but not guarded. Management declines any responsibility in case of theft and damage.

In the Guinizelli 6 courtyard you will find 2 stations. We provide this service on prior request, with an extra fee. For further information download App: iOS / Android
